Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble in Great Britain. The Operator may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified.
  • Location and jurisdiction: The Website is intended solely for Players who are physically located in Great Britain at the time they access and use the gambling services. The Spanish-facing Botemania brand licensed by the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) under licence 175/GO/1030 is not available to Players physically located in Great Britain, and that Spanish licence does not apply to the Website.
  • One account policy: You may maintain only one Account for personal, non-commercial use. Multiple Accounts, shared Accounts and Accounts opened on behalf of others are strictly prohibited and may be closed, with balances dealt with in accordance with these Terms and UK regulatory requirements.

Registration Process and KYC

  • Information you must provide: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address in the UK, email address and any other details requested by the Operator. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) checks: To comply with UK law, including anti-money laundering and safer gambling obligations, the Operator will carry out identity, age, affordability and verification checks. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport, national ID card, driving licence, utility bills, bank statements or proof of payment method ownership.
  • Account activation: Your Account may not be fully activated until the required checks are completed. The Operator may delay or withhold deposits, Bets, Bonuses and withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate or outdated information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and, where required by law, notification to relevant authorities.
  • Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security details confidential. You must not share your Account or credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by someone else or that your security details have been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately via the contact channels provided on the Website. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating.
  • Prohibited use: You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal activity. The Operator may conduct ongoing monitoring and report suspicious activity as required by law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Rules

  • Game information: Each Game offered on the Website has its own rules, paytables and specific conditions displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet or Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the applicable Game rules.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts vary between Games and may change from time to time. The applicable stake limits are displayed within each Game. You may not place Bets that exceed your available Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
  • Bet acceptance: A Bet or Wager is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers. Once accepted, Bets cannot usually be cancelled or modified by the Player. The Operator may decline or limit any Bet at its discretion in line with regulatory obligations and internal risk policies.
  • Game outcomes: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or other approved mechanisms described in the Game rules. The Operator uses tested and certified RNGs to ensure fairness and randomness, in accordance with UK regulatory standards.

Conduct, Fair Play and Chat Rules

  • Fair participation: You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Games, attempt to manipulate results, exploit software bugs, use automated systems (bots), collude with other Players or engage in any form of unfair advantage. Any such behaviour may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and reporting to regulators.
  • Chat and community features: Where chat functions or community features are provided (for example, in bingo rooms), you must treat other Players and staff respectfully. Insults, harassment, obscene or hateful content, threats, promotion of other websites, or any unlawful content are strictly prohibited.
  • Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within your means. The Website offers tools such as deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. You can also register with the national self-exclusion scheme GAMSTOP (available at gamstop.co.uk) to prevent access to online gambling sites operated in Great Britain.

Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations

  • Technical errors: In the event of a system error, hardware or software malfunction, misconfiguration, or communication failure, all affected Bets may be voided or adjusted to reflect the correct outcome. The Operator will act reasonably and in accordance with UK Gambling Commission guidance in handling such incidents.
  • Obvious errors: Where a Game or promotion displays an obvious error (for example, an incorrect paytable or clearly erroneous odds) that could reasonably have been recognised as such by the Player, the Operator may void affected Bets or settle them at the correct terms that should have applied.
  • Game interruption: If a Game is interrupted after a Bet is placed, the outcome recorded on the Operator's systems will determine the result. Where required by game design or regulation, you may be able to resume unfinished Games from the point of interruption or have the Bet returned to your Account.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Separate terms: Each Bonus, promotion or loyalty reward may have its own specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the Promotion Terms prevail in relation to that promotion to the extent permitted by law and regulatory guidance.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Players with verified Accounts located in Great Britain. The Operator may restrict, withdraw or tailor promotions to particular Players or groups of Players based on responsible gambling, risk management and regulatory considerations.
  • Non-transferable: Bonuses and any associated rights are personal to you, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged, and may only be used on the Website as specified in the relevant Promotion Terms.

Activation, Wagering and Time Limits

  • Activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a promotion code or meet qualifying criteria (such as a minimum deposit or number of Bets) before they are credited. Details are set out in the Promotion Terms displayed on the Website at the time of the offer.
  • Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be withdrawn. The number of times you must wager the Bonus (and, where applicable, deposit) amount, the Games that count towards Wagering Requirements and the contribution percentages are specified in the Promotion Terms.
  • Timeframes: Bonuses and Wagering Requirements are typically subject to a validity period (for example, a Bonus must be used and its Wagering Requirements completed within a specified number of days from crediting). Any unused Bonus funds or unmet Wagering Requirements at the end of the period may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Games, Actions and Promotion Abuse

  • Game restrictions: Not all Games may contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Some Games may be excluded entirely, or may contribute at a reduced percentage. The list of eligible Games and contribution rates will be set out in the relevant Promotion Terms.
  • Irregular play: The Operator may deem certain betting patterns to constitute promotion abuse or irregular play, such as minimal-risk bets, hedging bets, collusion, or placing large bets after building a balance with smaller bets. In such cases the Operator may withhold or remove Bonuses and associated winnings and, where appropriate, close the Account.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine or "stack" multiple Bonuses or promotions in a way that is not intended or advertised by the Operator. Only one active welcome offer or core acquisition Bonus may usually be held at a time, and using multiple concurrent promotions to reduce risk or guarantee profit is prohibited.

Refunds, Forfeiture and Bonus Misuse

  • Bonus refunds: Bonus funds generally have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn unless and until all applicable Wagering Requirements are met. Where a Bonus is cancelled (for example, at your request), any remaining Bonus Balance may be forfeited.
  • Misrepresentation: The Operator may withhold or reclaim Bonuses and associated winnings if you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity in connection with a promotion.
  • Regulatory compliance: All promotional activity is conducted in line with UK consumer protection laws and the UK Gambling Commission's advertising and customer interaction requirements. In the event of any conflict between a promotion and regulatory guidance, the Operator will interpret the promotion in a way that is fair and consistent with the applicable rules.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits and Processing

  • Payment methods: Deposits may be made using payment methods made available on the Website from time to time, such as debit cards, certain e-wallets or bank transfer. The specific options and any applicable restrictions (for example, card brand limitations) are shown in the cashier section of your Account.
  • Cryptocurrency: The Operator does not currently offer deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrency for Players in Great Britain. If such methods are introduced in the future, they will be subject to additional terms and regulatory requirements which will be clearly communicated in advance.
  • Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per period. You can also set your own voluntary deposit limits as a responsible gambling tool. Deposit limits can usually be decreased with immediate effect, while increases may take effect only after a cooling-off period.
  • Fees and currency: The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank, payment provider or e-wallet provider may apply charges or currency conversion fees. The primary transaction currency and any additional currency options are specified in the cashier.

Withdrawals, Verification and Timeframes

  • Withdrawal method: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and card scheme rules. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be agreed subject to additional checks.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing timeframes and any minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section. Actual receipt time may depend on your payment provider and is outside the Operator's direct control.
  • Verification: The Operator may request further documentation before approving withdrawals, including proof of identity, address and ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where required by law or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, problem gambling or breach of these Terms.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Treatment of Funds

  • Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: In cases of technical errors, malfunctions or obvious errors as described in these Terms, the Operator may void affected Bets, adjust results or refund the relevant stake to your Real Money Balance. Bonuses may be reversed where they have been awarded or used in error or in breach of promotion conditions.
  • Chargebacks: If a deposit is charged back or reversed by your payment provider, the Operator may deduct the relevant amount from your Account, including any fees incurred, and may withhold or cancel winnings associated with the disputed funds. Repeated chargebacks may lead to Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Segregation of funds: Player funds are held in accordance with UK Gambling Commission requirements on the protection of customer funds. Details of the level of protection provided (for example, basic, medium or high) are set out in the customer funds protection statement available on the Website.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

  • Service delivery: The Operator will provide the Website and Games with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with applicable laws, licence conditions and regulatory codes. The Operator aims to ensure that the Website is available and that Game results are accurately recorded and displayed.
  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator uses certified random number generators and reputable software providers to ensure that Games are fair and operate as described. Independent testing and auditing may be conducted as required by the UK Gambling Commission.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures and interruptions: The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, hardware or software beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party providers, provided that it has taken reasonable steps to safeguard the continuity and integrity of its systems.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, business, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal rights and the section below on statutory protections, the Operator's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of a particular Bet, Game or transaction is limited to the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the claim.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

  • Player responsibility: You accept that you are responsible for your own gambling decisions. The Operator does not provide financial, legal or psychological advice and is not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of gambling, subject always to its regulatory obligations and the limited liability provisions above.
  • Support and self-exclusion: If you are concerned about your gambling, you should use the responsible gambling tools available on the Website, consider registering with GAMSTOP (gamstop.co.uk), and seek independent support from organisations such as GamCare. The Operator will implement self-exclusion and other measures in accordance with its licence conditions and safer gambling policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to the software, source code, algorithms, databases, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, audio and video content, belong to the Operator, its group companies or its licensors.
  • Licence to use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

  • No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or its licensors.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software used in connection with the Website, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law and then only after providing prior written notice to the Operator.
  • Trademarks: All trademarks and trade names displayed on the Website, including those of third-party game providers and group companies, are protected by law. Use of such marks without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Website. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected, how it is used, the legal bases for processing, and your rights under applicable data protection laws.
  • Regulatory and AML requirements: The Operator may use and share personal data for purposes required by law and regulation, including identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, affordability assessments, fraud prevention, safer gambling monitoring and reporting to regulators or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
  • Data accuracy and access: You must ensure that your personal data is accurate and kept up to date. You may have rights to access, rectify, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain types of processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, industry practice, technological developments or the Operator's business operations.
  • Notification methods: Material changes to these Terms will be notified to you by appropriate means, which may include email, on-site messages, banners or pop-up notices when you next log in. The updated Terms will also be published on the Website with a revised "last updated" date.

Acceptance of Changes

  • Continued use: By continuing to use the Website, maintain an Account or place Bets after changes to these Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Website, close your Account in accordance with these Terms and, where appropriate, withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance subject to verification and regulatory requirements.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Breach of Terms: The Operator may suspend or close your Account if you breach these Terms, any Promotion Terms or any applicable law or regulation, or if it reasonably suspects such a breach.
  • Risk, AML and safer gambling: The Operator may suspend or close your Account where required for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, fraud prevention or safer gambling purposes, including where you have self-excluded or where the Operator considers that continued gambling may cause you significant harm.
  • Inactivity and dormancy: The Operator may treat an Account as dormant after a period of prolonged inactivity, in accordance with its published dormant account policy. You will be informed of any relevant charges or steps taken in respect of dormant accounts in line with regulatory requirements.

During self-exclusion, you will not be permitted to access gambling services via the Account.

Consequences of Termination

  • Balances on closure: Upon lawful closure of your Account, any remaining Real Money Balance will, subject to verification and regulatory requirements, be returned to you via an appropriate payment method. Bonus funds may be forfeited in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
  • Ongoing obligations: Termination or suspension of your Account does not affect any obligations that have already accrued (for example, payment of valid debts) or any provisions of these Terms which are intended to continue after termination (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property provisions).

This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws to bring proceedings in your local courts.
